Being a nurse working at a hospital, you decide to gather "food" for him from "somewhere."

Throughout the game, you can always refer to your "diary" to check on his transformation and story. Will he be able to turn back into a human? How will your love story with your ex-boyfriend unfold? The ending of the game varies depending on your choices.
